New to me '99 f-150 4r70w w/tow pkg. found the trans cooler , with a sizable amount of crud on the outside ,not doing it any good I'm sure, seems ford put it in hard to get air to it place, does this mounting behind the bumper down low[ oem ] have any common overheating problems that I should be aware of ?

After 95 views , no one has had any overheat problems , very good news for me ..
