I think that Timken is the same as the one I have in my 55 F-600......and it's a 6.80:1 ratio. Luckily, with my 0.71:1 OD ratio, I'll get about 2500 RPM at 60mph if I stay with the Timken.
There's not a lot of sources for anything other than the very low ratio gears you have.
I have an Eaton 1350 (2-speed) and I was very lucky to find a complete (5.83/8.11:1) third-member from a local HD truck place. It was about $750 and was in very good condx used.
BUT, If I had it to do over again, I would find a DANA 80 rear axle (like another member did here with a 56 F-600) and change to more modern hubs, wheels, switch to 19.5" wheels/tires and probably put a complete medium duty disc brake system on it.. Then I could use a more "normal" rear ratio.
