Who's towing and camping 4th July Weekend

So just for fun I didn't see anything like this, who is camping this 4th of July Weekend in a couple weeks and if you are where you going?

I was planning to go local areas Idyllwild, CA but they were booked so we are scheduled for Soladad, CA. Members of thousand trails so I can stay places for extended times free using family membership.

Enjoy your trip everyone be safe out there and post back with photos once your done with the trip

*I just might look into Yosemite or Sequoia but for now we are booked and might be too late for other places considering major Holiday.

We stayed at Little Drummer Boy about 15 years ago. It was a nice trip. We'll be at Camp Gulf, Destin FL. on the 4th. Making an 8 state 2 week vacation road trip.

Jealous wish I could take that kind of time off work.....but duty calls and the Navy will only let me short periods of time. That's okay but four night camping adventure will be a blast. My last long weekend before I head out for training and then followed my new duty which will mean away from wife and kids for awhile.

New chapter only a few more relocation and I'm retired can't wait. Then I can enjoy my freedom!

Someday you will be retired and then you can enjoy it. I retired in 2006. My wife retired in 2013. She is still a contractor at the AFB here. Enjoy it anytime you can.

You bet, I have 13 years in up for promotion this year E7 hoping it's my lucky year. God knows I could use some good news. If not its meant to be and always next time.

Yes it seems like forever until that day but it will come fast. My kids growing up quickly as well. Good thing my son will graduate when I retire and my wife and I will have our hands full with our three daughters as they will be into the high school phase by then.

Good times and we defiantly cherish the little time we get when we get it to be with each other as a family.

We will be spending the 4th with friends and family here at home....son has a HUGE pool and I hear the crabs will be plentiful !

Hey military guys and gals.... retirement is really the greatest! I retired in 1975 and haven't looked back. Hold on... the fun is coming! Thank you for your service in protecting us here at home!

We are headed back up to NY to attend mama's 60th H.S. Class reunion in July... mine was this month. Left the RV up there so I am cheating MD, DE, NJ and NY out of those high toll road fees!!

Irish, good luck on the selection board. I passed the test I don't remember how many times but my rate was 999 for promotion to board. It took me 10 years to get E6. 999 again , when I made it I was the only one that year.
I hope your in a more open rate. Good luck

Navy is small world, seems as if we serve with one another throughout our careers.

Thanks for all those on here who retired for your service! Those who just served a couple years thanks for your service as well.
