Prepping my frame to brush on new paint and I have been getting all the Loose stuff off with a thick wire wheel but can't seem to get the old paint off also the in between the small areas? Any ideas? Want this to last
I wouldn't take time to paint with anything less than POR 15 or Chassis Saver. They're designed to neutralize rust without having to go to bare metal. If there's still paint I'd leave it alone and focus on problem areas. Makes me want a dip-tank about 10'x20'. Rust always happens in the places you can't reach... inside and between everything. But I'm just an angry New Yorker resolved to owning 'summer vehicles' and 'winter vehicles'. F@&! road salt.
