just got my replacement hangers in. - the front hanger on the rear springs and i cant figure out what size socket i need to remove the bolt that goes thru the leaf spring bushing, i was told 22mm but thats a bit small? before i go spend more money anyone know for sure the correct size? 1997 f350 reg cab 4x4 .

Time to buy an oversize socket set, they come handy lots of times in these rigs, or any other vehicle for that mater. Get one that starts from 1" all the way to 2" socket set.
They have 1/2" impact socket sets for like $30. I bought the SAE and Metric one and spent like $60 for both. They range from 7/16-1" and from 11mm to 24mm.
They live in my truck but i've used and abused them and i've yet to break a single one of them. They're actually pretty impressive.
