Reading Plugs?

Anyone here knowledgeable about assessing engine condition/performance based on plug electrodes once removed? Details are: 2003 E250 5.4 L engine currently with 226,167 miles. Those miles are either idling (up to 3 hours at a time in winter) or freeway speeds of 60-70 MPH VSC engaged. No more than 2% of those miles on city streets, no stop & go commuting.

Use the same gas station most times, Chevron Techron Concentrate added every 3K miles fairly regularly.

Open to thoughts from those most in-the-know about this sort of thing.

TIA

Looks to me like a uniformly lean condition. They should be a slightly tan color, not white/grey from what I see.

They look like xxxlite Plats because the Platinum tip fell off #7 and 8, way to much anti-seize used, #8 looks like it was dropped at some point, and most of the deposits are from to much additives in the gas, plus the excessive gaps would cause a leaner burn and overheat the coils too............
