wiper system not acting right..

my brick nose now has everything from a 96 OBS.

i have a NEW 1 connector(6 pin) wiper motor.

a NEW switch.

and OEM corresponding module.

the 2 issues i have is,

1) wipers do not park.

2) when i hit the bug juice, the wipers will continue to cycle, and will do so until power is cut from the circuit.

i have all wires hooked up. as it is in the schematic
except that the grounds are all tied together.
as are the power wires, (dark green)

does the wiper motor case need to be grounded?

black and pink does throw some power to the wiper when shut off.
ive seen 6V

perhaps i should replace the module?

thoughts?
