Post 2005 F250 SD with 320,000 miles

Had this F250 5.4L for a long time and it's been a awesome machine, only did COP's and fuel pump along with scheduled maintenance... Lately I've been looking at posts about phasers, VCT's, timing chain guides bad, clogged oil ports/pickup, wrong oil filter, wrong oil weight, ect all to do with the knock in the engine. I would like to do something that would get me a few more miles out if this thing but with so many "issues" with this engine I'm not sure what to do first. At the moment it runs fine... I'm looking for some direction on what I should to keep this thing going. I do have some VCT's on order.

Agreed if it's running good and not making any noise from the phasers just keep doing what your doing. No need to fix it if it ain't broke.
