Do you happen to have an egt gauge in your truck? My old SD would eat brakes like no tomorrow just like you describe. Once I installed an egt gauges I could tell when I had a brake tying up because my temp went up 200 degrees
I never noticed anything else different until either I seen smoke come off of one or pulsating pedal. One time my wife was driving getting off the expressway, touched the brake and it almost put her into the guard rail!
What I did was put all new rotors, calibers, rubber lines and EBC yellow stuff at all 4 corners. I also found when I drained the fluid that the brake fluid was green.... I also had ceramic pads and all my problems went away once I did all that

Yes.. I do have an EGT gauge.. I recently thought I had a sticky caliper , but long story short I had a seized stub axle u joint on 1 side..
Changed both sides and way smoother now.
I recently had the truck up in the air and am able to spin all wheels / axles without drag.
Next time you drive it when you get out walk around the truck and put your hand close to the rotor. Don't touch it! You should be able to tell any obvious difference. If you have a heat gun even better. Something is definitely out of place here with your truck
