Not affiliated with this outfit, just thought their products would interest those seeking ways to secure cargo loads and/or wheelschairs etc inside a Transit or other enclosed vehicle: Q'Straint - Products
Since they're agency approved quality of parts should be fairly good. While L Track isn't new they offer attachment points that are a bit more appealing to the eye when used in a high trim level vehicle.
