Engine swap quiestion

I am looking at a 1975 International 2 ton truck with a 2 speed rear end and a dump bed with a blown engine (rod through the block), I have a 460/CI engine out of a 1995 F350 and a 390/CI engine out of a 1979 ford my question is will either one of these engines bolt up to the 1975 International 2 ton truck.

Logic would lead me to ask what transmission the Intl has and whether a 460 would be compatible with that trans or what adapter may be required.

No 390's were factory installed in cars after 1971, not installed in F100/350 after 1976.
