LP vs. Gas

LP vs. Gas
This isn't really a Ford specific question but I thought I might get some good info here from experts. Anyhow, I'm thinking about buying an old RV. This rig is a GMC (1976) with an Olds 455. It's low mileage and has only run on LP.
1. Other than it being less efficient are there any negatives associated with running on LP?
2. In that this rig has been running only LP, other than rotted gas lines, what other problems might I encounter?
Thanks.

Jor years ago I had a LPG truck. The biggest problem I had was finding LPG at night.
Truck ran a lot cleaner at the exhaust but wasn't worth the hassle. Plus I had a heck of a time selling it with LPG so I switched it back to gas. Plus caring that big old tank and the room loss of the bed. Just not worth time and effort. IMHO

IMO LPG or other compressed gas set ups are fine for captive fleet operation.
