Coil spring codes

I have a 2014 ford F250 6.2L Crewcab 6.5 ft bed. I'm wondering about front coil spring codes. I believe mine are ccff and not sure what all that stands for. I have the snow plow prep package on the truck and it rides god awful, I don't pull anything so I was wanting to get a pair of the softest front coils to use with bilstein 5100s. Does anybody know the codes and what the softest coils would be?
Thanks

Coil Springs

I recently did the same thing you are considering with my 2013 f250 6.2 platinum. I bought it with the 6000# springs (snow plow prep package) and not only was the ride harsh but the front end was higher than the rear by 1/4". I went with the 4800# springs which come stock on the non plow prep package trucks, it lowered the front 1/2" and the ride did improve although I also installed the Bilstein 5100's at the same time so it could be that, or maybe the combination. Regardless the truck does not "jolt" anymore when driving over rough patches in the road and overall I thought it was worth the cost.

Here are the spring numbers and associated lb ratings for the f250 6.2
They do not match the spring numbers on the truck as those are "engineer numbers"
Code C 5C3Z5310CA (6000# SPRING)
Code D 5C3Z5310DA (5600# SPRING)
Code T 5C3Z5310EA (5200# SPRING)
Code V 5C3Z5310FA (4800# SPRING)

Awesome thank you very much, thats exactly what I decided on doing, the softer springs and 5100s with hellwig sway bars. I did that to an F150 and it was the best riding truck I've ever had. I know the 250 wont be near as good but any improvement is better than it rides now. If u dont mind me asking...how much were the coils? Also I'm thinking about changing the leaf springs too, do u know if there are any stock ones that are softer than what comes with the snow plow prep package? Also what ride height setting did u put your front 5100s on?

Where can you find where the spring code is on the truck? Are they on the springs themselves?

I'd like to find out what front and rear springs codes I have with the camper package on my new F250.

I did just the opposite to my truck. I had the 4800# springs and went up to the 6000#. Does ride like HELL, but I carry a Big Plow in the winter. I got my coils from a low mileage wrecked truck (2015 with 15000m) at a bone yard for $30 a pair.

I have some 4800 lb springs that I took off that I don't plan on ever using again.

I have them but since the heavy springs make it ride like the thing has triangle wheels I am thinking about going back to stock with an air bag setup for carrying the plow

I had a little over 40,000 when I took them off. I have no idea what they're worth, whatever is fair. I'll send you an email later today.

I bought a set of the 6000lb springs low mileage used because I think the 4800lb springs on there are too soft. I already have 5100's on the truck, and while it's a good ride, it's too mushy when pulling my 5th wheel.

Thanks for the feedback about the 6000lb springs, I'm going to sell them and put on the T code 5200lb springs.

Spring code is on the sticker on the driver's side door pillar. Look at the bottom of the truck when you open the door.
On the sticker, look at the bottom for "SPR" and a letter code under that. Mine is VVFF. V = 4800 pound front springs and F = 6100 pound rears.
