need some help after small engine fire

hey guys I just want to start of by saying I was born into the EFI days and I'm not that good with carb'd motors but I absolutely love this truck. I had just shut it off and was walking away from it the other day and I turned around to look it and i noticed some smoke coming from the hood, my heart sank and I rushed to open the hood just to find a small fire from the carb. I took my shirt off and instantly began to try to smother the fire, I nearly burned my whole arm off but I did manage to put it out but not before melting some hoses and wires. Now I have no idea what goes where, Ive only had the truck less than a year but if anyone could help me put her back together I would greatly appreciate it.

its a '87 F-150 351 Windsor 4x4

I don't have a carbed engine, and mine is a 302, still, several of those lines go in the same spots as mine, I'll try to snap some pics of my engine bay for you tomorrow.
