Justin,
What did you change to get it to pass the second time?
Sounds like you're headed the right direction with this guy.
Basically took it in the morning and backed the timeing off 2 degrees (lowering combustion temp)....when I tested the first time I got it warmed up to much and the hot afternoon air heat soaked that castiron monster and made my nox not pass by 8 ppm.
In the 2nd test I passed by like 500ppm less on my nox then my first test....interestingly though my other numbers were +\- 10 counts between tests and they scored great! We'll within specs.
Good call. I've seen others overinflate their rear tires to "fool" the system, determining 15 and 25 mph, changing the coefficient of friction to pass.
Not many ways to work around these machines any more.
Glad to hear you are up and running.
been towing super heavy lately, no brakes, lights, registration, wayyyyy over my axle weights.....allllmost need a black trans am to run blocker for me....
Um.... I don't think we have anything in Nor Cal to compete in that. LOL Of course, if you meant as spectators, that is a totally different story. May throw out the idea to see if anyone might be interested.

I am continually surprised by what I see up here in Fresno. Oh yeah by the way did I tell anyone I moved to Fresno?
