ABS Light on TSB

ABS Light on TSB
I just purchased a 2000 Excursion Ltd V10 4x4. I noticed on the test drive that the ABS light stayed on during part of the test drive. I made a note in the sales papers and they are going to take care of it next week... I did some searching and found TSB #15578 that stated SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT AN ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) LIGHT ON, B2141/B2477, AND/OR AN INACCURATE SPEEDOMETER..
Does anybody know the whole story of this TSB? it stops fine and the ABS is working (tested that before I purchased.
You should have seen the sales guys face.) I am suppose to take it back Tuesday Morning and would like to know as much as possible about this issue.
