I purchased my F150 with an AFE Cold Air Intake system. Two if the hoses are starting to dry rot. I've searched their site and no luck figuring out where to get them without purchasing a whole new system. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Welcome to the site. It sounds silly, but if it's just a rubber piece to connect the tubing you find something in the plumbing section of a hardware store.

My old truck had an AFE and the top strip fell off. Call AFE or go to the contact tab and Tech Support and fill out the online form with the issue. They sent me a replacement strip at no charge. Not sure if they'll send a replacement hose at no charge but they were quick to help me out. Worth a shot.
The other option is to go to Autozone or another parts store and find a similar size hose piece. They usually have them on the isle with the intake kits for the ricers.
