Bought my Ex back
POWERSTEP Automatic Retracting Running Board
My mechanic has these on his lifted 250. Pricey, but they look really nice, only visible when you need them. He hates the looks of running boards on trucks, but needs the step to get in.
I cannot justify that kind of expense for running boards, but maybe one day.
I have a friend who puts those on every Chevy he buys. Takes the factory running boards off bc he doesn't like the look. #1 he is shorter than I am, #2 he has more money than I do. LOL!
If my Ex was a daily family vehicle I would have left them on. Since buying it back it is used for my daily use and occasionally family. Funny thing is, if it isn't raining, the family weekend vehicle is my '86 Grand Wagoneer
