Cranks wont start...again!
I just changed the alternator this morning. Hook battery back up now cranks wont start no security light flashing no security light blinking at all. When turn ignition over gauges do not swipe don't remember if they normally did or not but now they do not swipe as in speedometer and RPMs. I've also been having trouble with the no windows no radio. Just driving down the road and radio cuts out and power windows hear a click under the dash radio coming back on Windows work again research and see if it's in the battery save circuit inside the dash cluster wondering if this is causing no start now. Any advice would be great!

The gauges do not sweep when the ignition is turned to the ON position. I am not sure on the PATS security light anymore. I can't remember how it used to blink before I went with the Gearhead Hydra chip....

I did the exhaust manifold stud change last month. Doing so I broke four bolts off recessed into the head and had to weld nuts on to them so I just connected negative battery terminal. After exhaust job was done but it all back together I tried to start and had the same trouble as doing now couldn't hear the fuel pump so drop the tank and switched it when to start back up still no start. I went out the next day to do more troubleshooting it started right up drove fine for the last month month-and-a-half no troubles till today when I disconnected the battery again.

Oh sorry never updated that.. its a 2002 Xt gasser v10 all stock no mods or add ons. 4x4 has 112kmiles

Battery light came an last night while out driving went out this morning started up could hear bearing whine. Turned off. Started back up to see if battery light was on it was so shut off 2nd time removed alternator installed new an now wont start.
