Have you tried your local junkyards? Or put an add in a local recycler or classifieds? ford guys are always hunting in there and I know I usually help out if I have the part they need.

Why do you need a new one? These usually don't were out unless the tie rod comes loose and wollers the hole out. I'm not sure if manual and power steering use the same one but it seems like they do and the 100 and 250 use the same one and possibly the 350 too, but the one on my 72 says F100-F250 right on it. Also I think 65-79 should fit.

there is a difference in manual and power steering ( at least on my truck ) when i added power steering, my pitman arm wouldn't fit on the shaft of the new steering gear. i was looking for a new pitman arm because there is still a little play in the steering. i put all new prothane bushings on the front end, i also put in new kingpins and a new steering gearbox. seemed like pitman arm was the only thing left. maybe i'll try another one from the junk yard and see if it helps
