I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum but here goes. I recently purchased a 1994 Ford XLT 4x4 and the switch for the dual gas tanks needs remounting. I need to know how to get the dash apart and then put it back. Can anyone help? Thanks very much.

Welcome aboard!
Just pull at the panel. It has clips that hold it in place,so be careful not to pull to hard or you may break the plastic.

You'd have to remove the trim from the black plastic panel, to be able to pull it from the dash. Take a thin blade screwdriver to pry the trim off, then you'll see the Allen wrench screws to remove.

you will also have to take the headlamp **** off, and use the thin blade screwdriver to pop it off. The fuel switch unsnaps from the wiring harness.
