Help electrical nightmare

I have a 1991 Ford F250 diesel with a front end body of a 1996.

When I turn off the ignition, the heater fan keeps running and I have to turn it off with the fan selector.
Also, my day running lights stays on. I have to put the parking brakes on, which turns my lights off. The parking brake is supposed to turn the light off. When you are cranding the engine, if the park brakes are on, the lights are off. But when the ignition switch is off, the lights are suppose to go off without the parking brakes at off.

My batteries also went almost dead in 4 days. The lights where off and the fan, but it seem that something else drain the battery. I also installed a new sony radio and when I turn the headlight on, the radio blinks, sound goes off momentarily and turn back on.

I tested the ignition and the headligt switch and every thing look fine. I disconnected the ignition switch and the lignt switch and I still have the same problem, day light and fan stays on.

Help please.
