351w random stall

My 91 351w with a 5spd trans is randomly stalling on me the only codes I was getting were regarding the air pump and egr which I deleted. I have replaced the:
Idle air control valve
MAP sensor
Fuel pump & filter
Fuel pressure regulator
Coil
And the fuel sending relay I think is what it was called.

Anyways I'm clueless as to what it could be I was thinking bad ground so I cleared all that up with a new ground cable and made sure the connection was clean. I seriously need some advice this truck has been sitting around too long and I'm sick and tired of driving around an accord

So how does the stalling happen, does it just shutoff out of the blue while driving down the road, or is it when you hit the clutch or touch the brake to come to a stop? Does it idle normally otherwise or is it surging?

Just cuts off out of the blue. Sometimes when you let off the gas it the rpms seem to drop to nearly nothing, I don't have a tach in my cluster so the only way to tell if it's surging is by ear and it sounds fairly steady to me. Yesterday evening it sounded like there might be a knock on the passenger side but its very quiet.

Will it start right up again when it stalls or do you have to sit and wait for it to cool off?

Now it will start right back up again. For some reason a couple weeks back I was having to turn the key all the way to off to get it to start again. Sounds like a fuel delivery issue but the truck has a new fuel pump, filter, and pressure regulator.
