Well my 5eris FILTHY!!!. I'm kind of a clean freak when it comes to my cars/trucks/trailers/equipment, so Ives got the dreaded black streaks on my trailer, bought some stuff that was supposed to work wonders and it didn't.
So my question is whats everyone using to keep the trailers clean, and what kind of wax should I use to keep some of this stuff under control.
For the black streaks I'm going to try some car polish. I get my polish from Griot's Garage. I do it with a machine polisher and it works really well on my truck. I'm not looking forward to doing a vertical surface that is 12' off the ground.
My rig hadn't been washed in a while and was pretty nasty, I used the off the shelf liquid car wash full strength. I put it in a pump sprayer and do sections. Works very well removed the bugs and tree sap with very little scrubbing thou I did hit the front cap twice.
Is the kit a wax as well or just a stripper and cleaner...Its hard to tell in the ad.
Yours turned out awesome BTW.

The "GLOW" is not a wax, but a hard protective finish. Once on, you don't need to touch it (except a wash if needed) for a year. Then, a good wash and a re-apply of the Glow product.... but only one or 2 coats instead of 3-4.
I made a mistake and parked my TT under a tree that left a lot of residue and brown stains on the roof. What do you guys recommend to clean it?
Then plan on trying the Protect All roof treatment.
