Turned off the "hyper flash", lost trailer data...
I went to my dealer and had the "light bulb failure notification feature" turned off so that I can use LED bulbs.
I hook up to my trailer and notice that all my stored trailers had been deleted. Really irritated, I had 5 of them in there and a lot of logged miles I was tracking.
Anyone know how this makes any sense? Is there something else that could have happened that deleted my trailer stuff?
They only thing I can think of is they reflashed the firmware as well? You'd think there was a way to save all that data. That would irritate me as well!
Thanks gents. It is helpful to know that I'm not the only one. If it always happens then there isn't some weird thing I've done. I wired some new lights and firmed up some questionable grounds on my trailer so I was a little worries that I had grounded out the system somehow. (Trailer was plugged in and parking lights were on so I could trace loose ground points)
