Vacuum leaks? Exhaust open?

Hi all. Having a few problems with my new 94 F150 5.0 that I hope to get some insight on

1)
Vacuum leak. RPMs jump 500 to 1k constnatly when using my broken A/C system. Posted a pic below I believe to be the issue

2)
Cruise control just stopped working after doing plugs and wires. Maybe I missed a simple connection?

3)
I replaced my oil pressure sensor but the wiring harness for it got broken. Pulled the tip straight off the old sensor's screw which broke the threaded metal at the end of the harness wire. I screwed the broken piece on to the new sensor and tried to just put the broken wire on and touch it but of course that wouldn't work. This is the replacement -

but I have a hard time justifying $40 for such a small piece of wire and metal. Any replacement without a parts truck to cut it off?

At some point I also plan to drop the front fuel tank to figure out why that isn't working, and to replace the fuel filter. Other than these issues, I just need to get the A/C fixed and everything will be great.
As a side note I really thought the 4x4 was broken but I discovered the locking axles up front and my opinions have changed.

Thanks for any replies!

All right, I noticed that the RPM jumping issue was caused by my broken A/C being turned on (blowing but not cold) so I feel it absolutely has to be the vacuum leak. No clue why my Cruise Control stopped working though.

I also noticed what may be causing the leak! I believe the exhaust has come apart. I can see two bolts through the bottom, but up top I only see one at the very top and it looks like the two are missing. Here is a photo-

Cruise works off vacuum you may have pulled a vac line on the drivers side changing plugs. Need to look from underneath at the exhaust flange, a stud threads into the manifold and the y pipe flange attaches with a nut from below. If you dont have one already pick up a vac gauge, comes in very handy.
