Hi guys & gals, I am new to forums in general and especially new to this one.
I 60 yrs young and still playing with trucks, go figure. I am a long time gasoline mechanic, hot rodder, street rodder, ex roundy round racer, full time automotive junkie. I like engines, especially if they run better than normal.
I am on my second diesel truck. The first being an 01 F250 crew cab w/7.3, 6spd, 4X4, 3:73 geared. I put a cold air intake, an Edge Evolution tuner, a turbo back 4" pipe, a limited slip unit in the rear axle, a flatbed w/toolboxes, and just general maintenance. I do almost all of my own repairs & maintenance. I like fabricating stuff. I am now on my second diesel which is an 08 Ford F350 crew cab, King Ranch, 6.4L, auto, dually. This one is stock. I am on this site to figure out new ideas on how to make it run a little better and get better mileage. Right now 11.9. Ideas are a tuner, dpf/cat delete, cold air kit, and EGR delete.

Sweet truck! Sounds to me like your on the track to make her a lot better. I'm not sure about the CAI considering I don't have one. Haven't looked into those much. I have the H&S mini maxx and love it!
