FASS running backwards?
I can't get my new fass working right. The fass wont keep the truck running, loses prime, and I had the green fitting on the engines fuel filter off which should be the supply and fuel came out the filter not the supply line? I've double checked all the lines and it seems to be hooked up correctly. Is it possible the pumps pumping backwards? I have no idea how. Anyone have a problem. Likeep this. It's a 2011 f250 and the fass titanium 125gph pump.

No problems here but if it loses prime it won't pump a drop. I have had that happen a couple of times. I even put in a pressure guage after the pump to make sure I was pumping. It is a DC motor and can be hooked up backwards so check that first. red is positive. If it is not pumping you will need to bleed the air from the system - unscrew the water separator filter (FWS 3003) a little bit until diesel flows all over the place and then tighten it up again.
