Campground Holidays
Today is April 21 and our campground is having a St Patrick's Day party this afternoon. So all this means is FOOD and DRINK. 
It will start at 4 and go on till late. Our
friend next door has been curing a corn beef in a brine for 3 weeks. Planning on cooking it with cabbage, carrots, and potato's. There are several people cooking cabbage dishes, and others making side dishes. Then there are the deserts, my wife volunteered me to make a Grasshopper Pie. Other will make green deserts to. There is always beer and since I have Crème de Minte and Crème de Cocoa another friend is making drinks that she looked up on drink mixers. Oh ya and another female came over and is trying to make green Margareta's.
Does your campgrounds do these type of things???

Fun at the CG. Ours will be having several events with the biggest an antique tractor show. Several of the seasonals collect old tractors, clean 'em better then new then have a couple parades through the CG all three days. From a couple years ago and about half of the entries:
