I'm busy to prepare my F-350 '89 7.3L diesel, and I noticed all over sudden my engine temp stopped indicating???
What could be the cause?
Where can I find the sender?
Thanks for the help.
one is on the engine block on the passenger side the other is on top of the intake
at least on a 4.9 I-6.
I replaced both on mine because my temperature switch quit working, the one on the engine block fixed the problem, but you'll have to drain the anti-freeze, it gets everywhere when you remove the temperature sending switch
it also could be the gauge, but the switches are cheap to replace.
