Automatic Hublock Grease -- Need Help!

Repacking the bearings on my 94 EB. Ford Service Manual says to use "Ford Automatic Hublock Grease" #E1TZ-19590-A (ESL-M1C193A) (Darmex Spec. DX-123-LT) --- or equivalent.

Ford says that it is no longer available. NAPA and other parts houses can't cross the number and don't know what is "equivalent".

I would just use lithium grease... sparingly.

i just use a good grade (high temp) Wheele bearing grease, you shouldn't have a problem. DW

I agree about the hi-temp bearing grease, but you only need a light film. Any more, and the mechanism may bind & fail. DON'T pack the hub locks - only the wheel bearings.
