7.3 upgrades

7.3 upgrades
What upgrades would you suggest before getting a tuner/programmer or chip? I want to stay close to stock for mechanical safety. Just want to add power, mpg, torque, and maybe a lil speed lol, without risking longevity.

It's always better to start your own thread instead of resurrecting an old one like that, for a question like you have.

First on your list are gauges, most important EGT gauge.
From here what are your goals for the truck? Towing? Daily? Racing? or all of the above? Look at my sig on my obs(different truck same concept) perfect for all around mentioned.
