Bully Dog problem

I bought an 02 7.3 from my step-dad. He brought it to CA from NV. He had a Bully Dog GT Tuner in it and I can't get it to pass the stupid snap test here. I tried uninstalling the unit, but there is no menu option that allows me to set t to stock. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the bully dog but my Infinity has a "stock" selection in the flashing/programming section. Maybe there's something like that? Is it a chip or a programmer? I know nothing about these.
