#8 Injector 2000 7.3L
Just out of curiosity what is making you replace it? P0308 routinely popping up? Has it failed a buzz test or similar?
With the dead head design, it's not uncommon for a #8 misfire to occur. I installed an FRx first before replacing the injector as I kept popping a misfire for it - solved the problem.
Running the same code injector as the rest is what I'd do, and you should have AD bodies in it IIRC. I believe there was a TSB that installed an AE body in #8 to help with the cackle and longevity of the injector itself - this requires a PCM flash.
