I am having a problem with my ABS. The ABS are tripped every time I stop, even without any tire skidding. when I begin braking, the brakes work fine. Then when I am nearly stopped, the ABS kicks in for a few seconds, then stops.
Occasionally when I start the bronco, the yellow ABS warning light will come on, and the ABS seems to be disabled. That is the only time I can brake normally.
Another thing that I forgot to mention is that sometimes it doesn't happen. It's a crap shoot every time I start the truck. When it's bad, it's bad every time I stop. When it's good, it's fine and seems to be fully operational until I turn the truck off. Then other times the yellow ABS light comes on and the ABS seems to be disabled.
Which ever the case, the condition stays the same until I shutdown and restart the vehicle.
