one of our work trucks started leaking gas when filling up.
there has to be a break or something near the very top of the fuel neck, probable no more than 2-3" down.
when I put the fuel nozzle in and tilt it down and away from the truck it wont leak if it is on a "slow fill" and it won't leak when I used a funnel and poured gas in.
if I locate the leak spot, will something like JB Weld work or is there another quick easy fix to use or is it time to get it brazed?

Might be a vent hose on the filler neck tubing, Mike? Depending on the configuration, the metal vent tubing connects to a 3/4 hose that hooks to the tank below. Need to see how the plumbing is done. This is my 88 E-150.

Not sure about your year van, but I've got the same problem on my 93 after I had the fuel pump replaced. It commonly occurs because the hose between the neck and tank develops cracks.
