Bench seat stuck

I just bought an 87 f150. The bench seat lever only unlocks the drivers side of the bench. The passenger side doesn't move. I looked under the seat and noticed the rod is disconnected. I couldnt figure out where to hook it back up.

Here is an 87 Bronco bench...I would assume the seats are similar...Hope it helps a little

I have the same problem, but these diagrams don't show how to attach the right side.

To me it looks like the bottom left picture does. You would pull the handle on the driver’s side and the cable would go across to the release on the passenger seat track.

It might be easier to just pull the four bolts out of the frame and take the bench out for better access. Sandy
