Now that you ordered. Spend some time Googling your same part number for the hitch and adapter. If you find it cheaper, send the link to etrailer and they will refund 110% of the difference. I've used their low price guarantee every time I've bought from them. Works great and gets you the best price on the net...

One of which is with regards to Residential fridge with icemaker/water. If I shut the trailer down for a couple/few weeks, and put it in storage, how does one keep the water from going bad? I mean I realize I will dump whatever ice is in the maker, but what about the rest? And I would expect to run fresh through to flush things out when prepping for the next trip, but seems like water in the icemaker could turn "green"? Or does it just dry up?
There's a lot more gadgets in this new unit that I am used to having....

Great rig! There is one here in Corpus that's been for sale for almost 2 years. Maybe they will come off it big time. I was surprised at how much you could save some high end Fifth wheels after the 5 year mark. Unfortunately most look extremely dated at that point, but I found the 2011 Heartland Landmark is a beauty! Even at 5 yrs old.

Big Thumbs up! I'll probably continue to have questions, so bear with me.

The way I handle that is I never shut the refrigerator down. It serves as a remote beer storage facility on my property. That way I don't have to go all the way back to the house if I'm working on the tractor and get thirsty.

Yea, that's my MO in the old trailer too, but those pipes are sealed. Just didn't know if open water in the ice maker would be an issue. Sounds like its not.
