So, i have been so stupid busy at work and at home, hadn't had much time to work on truck but im moving forward with the rest of stereo install. Looking to see best place to run power cables for amps through firewall. Im going to be running them on passenger side but just wanted to see where everyone else cut through firewall to run cables? Pics would be awesome as well. thanks in advance
Does the truck have air conditioning or was it an air cab? If so, there is a cable that runs out through the fire wall behind the glove box to the water valve located in the heater hose (if it still there after all these years). That small cable goes through about a 1 inch hole which is filled with seam sealer. Just remove the seam sealer and your good to go.

Nope, truck never had that fancy air conditioning but I think km going to use the whole that the antenna comes through under passenger dash near the top, it's about 3" wide and I just need to drill through in engine side firewall and then down across inner fender. Thanks for response though..
