Those reservoirs are made by Wilwood and yes, they are spun aluminum.

Wilwood Master Cylinder Remote Reservoir Kits 260-12697

I like them because they have a large capacity of 4 oz. Makes it much easier when bleeding the brakes and gives more reserve capacity in case of a leak.
