My 93f150 is a bit saggy in the front and when driving in the woods it really bounces hard in the front of the truck.. I replaced the shocks thinking that would help and has not.. so does that mean i should replace the stock coil springs up front? and if so which ones will help level the truck out?

I think you're correct in assuming your truck likely has sagging springs. They are probably original. When I replaced mine it made a lot of difference in the ride quality and brought the front of the truck up around 1 1/2 to 2 inches.
The new springs were not too expensive and swapping them out was an afternoon job. Use penetrating oil on all the fasteners for a few days before doing it. If your truck is a two wheel drive you shouldn't need a spring compressor but if a 4x4 then you may need one for at least one of the springs.
Yes they are original im the second owner of the truck and the old owner had every reciept for everything ever done on that truck. so at 200k its probably time.. any brands to stay away from?
I'm not sure about brands to stay away from but I went with Moog springs. They still have a reputation for quality parts. Moog cc824's if I remember correctly. Check first as it's been a while since I did it.
I too am using Moog replacement front springs. Those with poly bushings throughout the front suspension, and Bilstein shocks have made my truck handle very well off road, compared to before. No more bouncing sideways on a washboard corner, its much more planted. I think it's the shocks more than anything. I had cheap replacement shocks with the new springs initially, they were better than the original shocks with 180k miles, but were not good. They leaked oil within 6 months. Switched to Bilstein 4600s and 2 years later still happy.
