my 91 f150 4x4 5.0 auto is showing a code 63 low voltage tpi circut where do go to find out why thanks in advance guys

Go to your throttle position sensor and check the voltage between the Gray/White wires and Gray/Red wires with the key on, engine off. It should be about 1.0 volts at closed throttle, and increase smoothly to 4.0-5.0v at wide open throttle.
