I understand that RTV is good for certain applications, but not for everything. That's like an idiot home builder that use caulking for everything and the house eventually falls apart. Any who, bottom line use the right tool for the right thing, the correct sealants where necessary, and goopy gasket makers as little as possible.

 

Uffda. The right parts and fix far better than going back in cleaning up a royal screw up.
