That's what I was guessing. Well, atleast you have an idea of what the max can only be.

Yep. My prep had the 18k as it's recommended hitch (Although I run a 25k in it) but my truck isn't rated to tow 18k. It's just the smallest Reese Elite available that fits the Elite (Ford) prep. However, current 450 recommends the 26.5k so the 27.5 is a new product for the 17's. That's a bump for sure. It's not even on Reese's website yet. Not too many 5vers over 21k but it's still nice to see a big number like that!!
