Leaf Springs on a Bobtail Airport Tractor

Gentlemen,

I need some help and maybe the enthusiast community can give me a bigger hand here. I am more of a ford car guy (Mustang and Crown Vic owner) but I need some assistance with a truck for a change.
Does anyone here by chance know the pin length and size for the rear leaf springs?

We have a 2006 Ford F350 dual wheel with a 5.4 3valve that actually is used as an airport tow tractor. In the rear the axle has a shorter wheelbase (100in) vs the standard length and I am trying to get some axle pins for this thing without taking it apart and out of service. Does anyone here by chance know the pin length and size? I have to shim this unit to correct the axle angle becuase it keeps chewing through driveshafts and taking it apart before having the proper parts here is going to cost me ALOT of money and the likelyhood of me breaking the pin when I take it apart is high.

Unit looks like this but is older. The rear springs appear to be near factory and the ford dealer has been no help.

Thanks

Are you taking about the center bolts (pins) that go through the center of all the leafs?

If so it will be a 7/16 center bolt with a 5/8 head. The length will vary depending on how many leafs you have. Nice thing is that they are usually all thread so estimate longer then what you need and cut off the remaining once tight.

We have a lot here so if you need some let me know.

Do you have a 6 degree wedge with JUST a hole (no big hole, just a 7/16 hole in the wedge) in the middle that would fit that spring along with those pins?

Thanks.
