7.3l blew out rear end, 6.0 suspension and gearing help.

Ok guys well the day has finally come. 2002 f250 4x4 long bed crew cab. I bought a 2006 6.0 suspension back in September and had an idea of doing the swap this summer. Well heading out to lufkin Texas my rear end blew out and sent my driveshaft flying at an rv (no damage to the rv) sheared the pinion right off the rear end. At any rate I'm now forced to do this swap because I don't have time to find another 7.3 rear end and I already have the front and rear end off this 6.0 so I'm gonna go for it. To begin, I'm gonna be re-gearing the differentials the stock is 3.73 but I'm running 35x 12.50 x 20s so I'm thinking about 4.10s (all tho I haven't been able to find 4.10s just 4.11s and 4.56s.) I'm doing both front and rear end (obviously) so which brand or where can I find them? I do a lot of highway driving so I would rather have the 4.10s since 4.56s seem to be an overkill for me and 4.10s seem to be a good number. On top of that I will be going to old post to see what it all takes to do the swap i understand the rear end is easy and is just a bolt ok set up to were the front end is in need of some custom work. So here's the list of what I'm gonna do to the suspension.
Things to be done,
All new ball joints, new bearings, Monroe gas shocks or billstein(think that's what that brand is called) leveling kit (since mine already has the 2inch leaf springs) anything that looks like it needs replacing tie rods etc and also getting 238/80 injectors from rosewood, 6.0 steering box and brake booster. I guess the only thing that I'm not too sure about is how to secure the spring buckets to the fram since they were riveted to the 6.0 frame. Also trying to find stock or after marker brackets for the back end of the front suspension( they guy I got the suspension from didn't have them) and I don't really know what to do about that issue. Anything about the gearing and fasteners on this build would be very appreciated. Especially gearing since I have no idea where to even look to get those, thanks guys hope to get this build done asap!

I'd say grade 8 bolts for the spring seats. Welded hangers for the arms. New wheels for the different back spacing.

Haven't heard about the 6.0 steering box. Is that an upgrade or just to make it easier to mount the front suspension?

Well it's an upgrade plus easier to mount the pitman arm. If I didn't do it I would have to modify the existing one and they are cheap enough to just go that rout. These are actually brand new wheels so I think I'll be keeping those 😅

if you want the 4.10's but can't find them just grab a set of 4.11's, if its a 4x4 make sure you get matching sets, front and rear, the difference between 4.10 and 4.11 is very minimal, maybe a 500 rpm difference to 1k difference at most (i would think it will be closer to 500RPM difference) so either way you should still be good...

Well 500 to 1k Rpm difference between a 4.10 and 4.11 is not small 100-300 is small other then that that's a big number. What are the websites to start looking for ?

Just a question if anybody knows will the 6.0 draft shaft hook up with the center shaft? Not are if the splines are the same or not but since I don't have the old 7.3 yoke any more for the rear end I would rather use the 6.0 shaft if it will fit on the splines

Diff wizard is where I was looking, Bronco graveyard I believe sells gears for your trucks.
4:10 should be perfect for your setup if you tow a lot. Run the 4:10/4:11 combination it will be fine. You'll never know there's a difference.
That's about all the help I can be

What do you mean by combination ? Run the 4.10 in the rear and the 4.11 in the front ?

Guess the other question is how to identify my front and rear ends as in what model they are? I have been seeing different numbers and names for them which is definitely confusing

Should be a sterling 10.5 rear and dana 60 or dana 50 front end. If the factory tag is still on the diff cover it will say which one it is. Being a 2002 I'd bet it's a D60
