As as per title, does anyone have any long term running/experience with the Livernois phaser locking kit, and VCT solenoid delete program?

I'm looking at it as solution to my ticking. Have replaced the solenoid a and its not them, but before I take the plunge, just wondered if anyone has any experience with it?
