Can anyone post a diagram of the back side of the junction box (fuse box) with the numbering for the connectors.
2005 excursion PSD
I have a short in one of the wires (black/green strip) from one of the lower central connectors. I have no idea what this wire goes to. There are two of these wires same color coming out of this connector. One of which gives me a positive continuity check to ground. When I disconnect the ground cables on the two batteries and connect a test bulb between the cable and ground post this light comes on. When I disconnect the connector on the back of the junction box (fuse box) the light goes out.
I also pulled ever fuse one by one to see if the light would go out and it didn't. relays also.
Thanks
Greg

So I found a post by Mecdac that had the diagram I needed and the connector is c270j and the pins 4 and 5 are "not used". So why do I get continuity to ground on the 4 pin and not the 5 pin? Same color.
