E4OD 1-2 shift slip

When 'cold', the E4OD in my '97 F250HD shifts perfectly up and down through all of the gears. After it gets warmed up (10-15 miles), it slips on the 1-2 upshift. All other upshifts are perfect as well as all downshifts... even the 2-1 downshift is fine. Any ideas as to what may need to be done to correct the problem?

The tranny has 181,500 miles on it. I just bought the truck and changed the fluid & filter as it looked like it had never been done! Problem the same before & after fresh fluid. I've done searches here in the forum for similar issues, but no one seemed to reply to those posts. So, I thought I'd try my own.
