Frame vin decode?

Frame vin decode?
Bought a frame for parts, curious what someone could tell me from the vin. Appears to have 79/79 axles from the steering and cast wedges, but an earlier frame from shock mounts and other small differences from my 78 frame.

Awesome, thanks. Had a 460 in it, has not stock engine stands and whatever they are from they are hacked a little bit. Probably at least three trucks there... Lol.
